More on Roger Moore
The reasons I am a fan of life, makes me a fan of Roger Moore
by his example.
I think in this strange world we are all pushed into with
out choices, or ultimate understanding of anything, including
the life we hold so dear? Rich, poor, nice, bad, ugly, handsome,
where and when, help, hindrance, upset, happy, we all have
experienced individual realities in the lottery of life. So
we go through a learning curve to varying degrees as we travel
on the journey. A person of the likes of Roger Moore being
an attractive celebrity will hit the highs and the lows of
this situation to the extreme
Rogerss life contribution is there to be counted in
many directions, giving much good in many ways, e.g. as a
father, entertainer, friend to many, and lately in an inner
direction to make a true contribution through UNICEF.
As a proactive rather than reactive thinker, I chose my beliefs
carefully studying my fellow humans with psychological interest,
and from my observations Roger is quite the master himself
of behavioral psychology. He understands his situation of
the tall handsome leading man, in a position to attract insecure
jealousy, but with skillful self-modesty and poking fun at
himself, his attitude of laugh with me rather than at me produced
a win win situation in his personal encounters.
There is common reaction from all who come in contact with
Roger, (some of which I have had the pleasure of personally
meeting) he greatly enhances their life, with pleasure and
fun, including myself from afar.
In psychology when you expand to a new level of understanding
it is called a paradigm shift producing what is popularly
called seeing the bigger picture no this is not the
cinema picture ;-))).Roger in my opinion has done this he
said him self in the very interesting interview, link at the
bottom of page.
Roger Moore
I remember being on location in India or Egypt or
the Far East and all you cared about was what you were having
for lunch. You didn't think of what people's lives were like.
Now I look back and I feel ashamed."
He has nothing to be ashamed of , he is using his position
as "Bond" in the best way possible, and no matter
how lightly he plays himself outwardly he can not hide inner
feelings through his outward actions. He deserves fully the
Commander of The Order of The British Empire medal he received
from the Queen in 1999 for his works as a special agent for
UNICEF
Contributions are proportional to willingness of effort,
and not ones ability, and in some small way I am trying to
give something back with this web site. Roger Moore
has endorsed this site and if you agree maybe you will give
a little of your self directly to UNICEF by making a contribution.
